Mental Health Night
City Winery Nashville Presents Mental Health Night live on November 17th at 7:00pm
The Mental Health Event on Friday, November 17th is a Mental Health themed Songwriter’s showcase put on by “Mental Health Songwriter Nights.” With performances by songwriters and for the first time ever, a poet, the experience will be raising awareness for mental health as the performers advocate through sharing their journey’s and fundraising opportunities are presented to benefit the local artists that make these shows possible as well as mental health non-profit, “Bring Change To Mind.”
Mental Health Songwriter Nights chooses a mental health related cause to benefit to at each show. They have chosen to benefit BC2M (Bring Change To Mind) because they strongly support their mission to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness. Through a portion of ticket sales, a wonderfully curated raffle by founder, Zhaklina Spencer, and other fundraising opportunities, Mental Health Songwriter Nights aims to support BC2M and their pursuit to do good work in the mental health field.
100% of raffle proceeds from raffle tickets purchased goes toward the organization (BC2M) being benefited. Previous raffles have given out wellness related vouchers (such as complimentary chiropractic sessions, therapeutic/life coach sessions, massage sessions, etc) and artistic prizes (artist merchandise (stickers, cd’s, t-shirts, etc), custom artwork, etc). This event’s prize baskets will feature life coaching vouchers, dance class vouchers, artist merch (vinyl record, t-shirts, stickers, etc), custom artwork from our performers, self care items (like bath bombs, face masks, etc.) and more!
