Wine and dine with City Winery’s Winemakers and Executive Chef at an exclusive wine dinner in true fall fashion - at the harvest table. This dining event will take place in City Winery Nashville's own winery. Indulge in a curated seven-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Marco Estrada paired with wines made locally by our Winemaker, Michelle Foletta Bell

Amuse buse 

Strawberry lime agua fresca spiked with Pinot Noir Distillit 

Hors D'oeuvres 

Scallops & King Mushroom "scallop" with celeriac puree and orange dust paired with Sparkling City Bubbles 

App 

Beef tartare served on a crisp with shallot, jalapeno, cilantro and finger limes paired with Chardonnay (unreleased)

Salad

Whipped ricotta with mustard greens, croutons, citrus supreme, roasted shishito paired with Rose (unreleased)

Intermezzo

Mangonada shave paired with Riesling 

Entree

Snapper served with a fume, caviar, glazed carrots, pave and a squid ink coral tuile and Pinot Noir

Dessert Duo

Smore Sffogato - Chocolate, coffee glaze, marshmallows, gram crumble and Petite Sirah (unreleased)

Rice pudding crips - a rice pudding vanilla custard served with a crips and mulled wine
