Alyssa Jacey is a multi-genre singer/songwriter based in Nashville whose stage performances are “utterly endearing,” raves best-selling author James Noles. “Alyssa has a natural ability to make immediate, authentic connections with her audiences,” says world renowned manager, Doc McGhee.

She was just shy of 24 when she learned she could sing and had a knack for songwriting. Opposed to following the rulebook of having to “pick a genre and stick to it,” Jacey has unashamedly stayed true to who she is as an original artist since day one. She has consistently continued to write and release a wide range of musical styles, including pop, rock, country, R&B, blues, soul, reggae, folk, Americana and since 2017, rap. 

All these styles can be enjoyed on her newest album, “Showing Up,” with more than half the songs playing on local and nationwide radio.  

Rapping in her pop songs while playing at least three instruments at a time is how her fans came to aptly nickname her “The Female Ed Sheeran.” 

Alyssa has opened for Bruno Mars, Andy Grammer, Maren Morris, Lisa Loeb, Shawn Colvin and over 30 others. She has toured the world as a one-woman-band. 

Before her music career started, you might have seen her on a bigger stage as a professional dancer in the Super Bowl 37 Halftime Show with Shania, Sting, Bon Jovi and No Doubt.

A few particularly notable things about AJ’s reputation that precede her; her work ethic as a DIY indie, enthusiastic and comedic personality, and most importantly, her blue brand, which, she uses to not only connect with fans (aka the Blue Crew) but when you, “Bring the crew and wear your blue” to her shows, she donates a portion of ticket sales to the Alzheimer’s Association as an homage to her Grandma.
